In collaboration with AZB & Partners, DPO Club convened an in-depth workshop on India’s Data Protection Law that opened with keynote remarks from DPO Club leadership and senior partners at AZB & Partners. Roundtable 1, “DPDPA Compliance: Playbook for GCs, CISOs & DPOs,” unpacked practical governance strategies and role-based obligations, while Roundtable 2, “Breach Reporting on DPDPA & CERT-IN,” navigated incident-notification workflows and regulator engagement. The hands-on session on “Notice & Consent Management” then equipped participants with a step-by-step framework for designing and operationalizing user-centric consent mechanisms. Attendees departed with clear, actionable insights to strengthen their privacy programs, streamline breach protocols, and embed robust consent flows under the DPDP Act.
