He specializes in advising clients on global privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, HIPAA etc.) and has extensive expertise in conducting Privacy Risk Assessments, and performing Privacy and Security Audits. With a strong track record in developing and overseeing privacy programs, governance frameworks, and compliance strategies across diverse regions, Mayank excels in ensuring robust privacy practices.
He is also highly experienced in eDiscovery, Client Management, and Regulatory Compliance, with significant expertise in areas like KYC, Due Diligence, Sanctions Screening, and Operational Risk. Currently serving as Associate Director at CRISIL Limited, Mayank has previously held key roles at Genpact, Integreon, and Thomson Reuters. His focus is on helping clients navigate complex privacy and regulatory challenges, ensuring compliance, and enhancing data security.

Currently working at UPL as Global Lead- IS Governance, she specialize in crafting and implementing governance policies, standards, and frameworks that fortify organizations against ever-evolving cyber threats. Her passion lies in embracing emerging and next-gen security technologies and solutions, ensuring my organization stays ahead in the cybersecurity arms race.
